We have a large (72′ by 56′) space that is perfect for your upcoming convention or expo. This area can be configured in several different ways to accommodate your specific needs. It also features a large (14′ by 14′) overhead door for bringing in vehicles, large displays, and sizable equipment. Optional connected rooms are also available to enhance the experience for your audience. These include a reception area, a cutting edge presentation room known as the Media Center, and a Multi-Purpose room, for use as a breakout room or a separate meeting room.

DC3S has multiple conference rooms available to accommodate your next meeting, whether large or small. All conference rooms include projectors, surround sound, and large drop-down screens, to enhance your presentations. With multiple rooms available, we can host all day events and provide optional catering services.

The Media Center is the ultimate presentation room. Its theater style seating arrangement can accommodate up to 48 guests and provides everyone with a clear view of your presentation. The room is equipped with three high-definition projectors, drop down screens, and an enhanced 7.1 surround sound audio system. In addition, each guest seating area contains power and internet for connecting laptops. An optional reception area and connected multi-purpose room are also available.

The multi-purpose room can accommodate up to 48 individuals. Large flat screen monitors in each corner ensure unobstructed views. Tables can be reconfigured to meet your needs. The room is adjacent to the Media Center and can be used as additional space.
