If you are a new or expanding business, we can provide you with fully furnished office space ranging from single cubicles to large suites. Features: This large exterior corner office offers an executive presence with all the amenities. It includes a large desk, filing cabinets, and plenty of room to grow and spread out. A four-person table and chairs provide room for collaboration or serving lunch.
Office Space – A18 / A19
Size: Small Suite / 4+ People
Number of rooms: 4
Features: This double-office suite has adjoining options if needed. They can also be leased separately. Each office has two desks, a four-person table with chairs, a filing and a service area for snacks and beverages, and also includes a small refrigerator. These offices have separate entrances with pocket doors in between for privacy. Located on an exterior wall with views of a 40-acre state forest.

Features: This space offers room for your best and brightest with four individual cubicles completely furnished. Also includes a large four-person conference table, presentation area and storage, and service area. The additional space can be built out or configured to meet your needs.

Features: Our mezzanine offers several options. Two large offices bookend two smaller spaces that can be leased as a whole or be divided into one large office, with five desks and the adjoining space that provides four additional desks. Includes a conference room with a wall-mounted whiteboard.
